This position is located in the Division of Risk Management Supervision, Dallas Region, Nashville, TN Field Office of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and provides support in the areas of planning and directing the supervisory efforts of one of the nation's largest and most complex financial institutions.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Applicants must be a Commissioned Risk Examiner in the FDIC.
For CG-14: To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 13 level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience performing review of supervisory matters or examining large, complex or troubled financial institutions applying credit appraisal procedures and techniques.
For CG-15: To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 14 level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience performing review of supervisory matters or examining large, complex or troubled financial institutions applying credit appraisal procedures and techniques and providing guidance to staff and senior management in regards to special situations, complicated examinations, enforcement matters and/or regulatory applications of insured financial institutions.
