You will serve as a Program Analyst in the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT of TRAWING FIVE .

Duties

You will be responsible for the administration, management, and oversight of all Security Cooperation Education and Training Program (SCETP) matters for TW-5. You will review program requirements, maintain long and short range planning calendars, coordinate scheduling, identify IMS required qualifications, and monitor academic progress and reports for all IMS in accordance with appropriate guidance. You will establish and enforce policies for the administrative and logistical support for International Military Students (IMS) and their families. You will review records for all students, ensuring invitational travel orders (ITO) are within current policy. You will serve as command point of contact and action officer for foreign military curriculum requests, in coordination with CNATRA (N71 B4). You will formulate and develop the overall preparation of the FSP budget for the TRA WING, which includes assigned squadrons. You will formally brief students on each event, to include objectives, climate, attire, duration, and other relevant aspects. Provide periodic briefings to TRA WING/Squadron/Base personnel on the importance of the FSP Program.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.

Qualifications

For the GS-11:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating a student training program by recommending improvements on administrative matters for a military flight program. For the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing administrative support with a student training program by assisting military students on administrative matters for a military flight program. OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.

The following education may be substituted for specialized experience at the GS-09:
A master's or equivalent graduate degree.
OR
Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.
OR
LL.B. or J.D. degree that is related to the position being filled.
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
