You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Resource and Systems Management Division of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF.
Duties
You will serve as a resource manager for assigned Product and Service(s) performed by the command and the command Defense Travel System (DTS) subject matter expert.
You will advise and support the command and departmental leadership in all aspects of matters dealing with overseeing the monetary and travel concerns of the command.
You will determine annual funding requirements for assigned aspects of labor and non-labor for a complex organizational structure.
You will maintain allocation of civilian end strength resources within assigned Products and Services.
You will serve as Contracting Officer Representative (COR), monitoring contracts requiring unusual monitoring and surveillance efforts and/or contracts that will require technical discussions.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying a knowledge of: the substantive nature of agency program and activities; agency missions, policies, and objectives; management principles and processes; and the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development or execution and/or improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Specialized experience must include having a technical and expert knowledge of the Defense Travel System (DTS) and current travel regulations in order to review, interpret, and apply changing policies. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Planning, scheduling and conducting projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve work operations and program goals; 2) Developing plans, goals, and objectives for short-and long-range implementation and administration of programs and/or developing criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the program; 3) Providing change management expertise to plan and implement Strategic Sourcing initiatives; 4) Analyzing statistical reports to improve program effectiveness and/or organizational productivity; 5) Evaluates, analyzes, and trains others on the DTS; Ensures vouchers are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
