Duties
At the entry level of this position, you will:

Qualifications
We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:
To qualify for the GS-07 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-05 level defined as assisting in the preparation of reports or projects OR gathering data for process improvement and recommendations for improvement of processes;
- OR 1 full year of graduate level education or superior academic achievement (Superior Academic Achievement Definition) degree in an academic discipline related to this position;- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Your application package will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas: 1) Knowledge of facility operations and maintenance; 2) Ability to develop work plans and schedules for the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and facilities; 3) Skill in written communication sufficient to prepare performance reviews of facilities; 4) Ability to analyze facility reports in order to provide recommendations for process improvement; 5) Ability to learn and adhere to federal contracting rules, procedures, and policies; 6) Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships; 7) Skill in oral communication.

Education
You must have a bachelor's or higher degree from an accredited or pre-accredited college or university in engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration; OR specialized experience as described above.
