Duties
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Marine Corps Security Force Battalion (MCSFBn) of STRATEGIC WEAPONS FACILITY PACIFIC.
You will provide special technical expertise and supervision/guidance for manpower planning, justification, utilization, training, planning workload, and organization objectives and such supervisory personnel functions.
You will develop position descriptions, crediting/rating plans and reviews.
You will administer recruitment processes for division position vacancies.
You will participate in technical review of contractor prepared proposals and statement of work for Integrated Logistic and Documentation Support to ensure adequacy of materials.
You will review engineering change proposals; approves/disapproves documentation change requests; monitors and ensures contract compliance by performing periodic audits.
You will provide operational management services such as advanced and operational program integration, initial provisioning, requirements determination, budget requirements, hardware and software procurement, and inventory management.
You will provide oversight and guidance of Contractor functions and support, and serve as the primary point of communication between the COR and on-site contractor personnel.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band (NH-02) or grade level (GS-11 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: "Leading personnel management and administrative program operational functions within an organization."
