Duties

You will brief management to provide production status, updates, or other business information. You will create reports (e.g., daily shop count, workload status, credit for reimbursement accounts, maintenance schedules) to complete daily tasks You will develop corrective actions during phases of programming, budgeting, and execution process for assigned projects. You will expedite the use of advanced and in-progress requirements for labor, machines, and materials associated with production operations. You will analyze mission to develop and implement alternative production procedures that meet mission objectives. You will advise and provide direction on the scheduling and sequencing of production work. You will use Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Visio) to develop reports and present to management. You will influence the cooperation and assistance of personnel to support the production process.

• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
• This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968. You will be required to sign a DD-Form-2760, Qualification to possess firearms or ammunition.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
• This position requires a State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) check to be completed on any person selected for this position. I am willing and able to submit to a SCHR check.
• This is a Bargaining Unit position.
• This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Evaluating, planning, estimating, scheduling, and/or managing the program financials for maintenance operations and coordinating projects.
