Duties

Analyze complaints for problem areas involving personnel management practices/deficiencies in regards to discrimination. Execute reasonable accommodation program and tracking system. Implement Equal Employment Opportunity program policy, training, processes, plans, initiatives, climate surveys for employees and active duty service members. Communicate Equal Employment Opportunity policies, assisting management officials with in-depth analysis of workforce trends and equal employment opportunity barriers. Develop multidisciplinary and detailed affirmative employment plans, evaluation reports and accomplishments, workforce climate surveys for distribution to leadership. Evaluate employee performance on work and administrative matters.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
