Serves as a Management Program Assistant in the Scottsdale Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) located in Scottsdale, AZ.

Duties

The incumbent will perform a combination of routine, multiple, and varying assignments under the limited direction of the Field Office and Frontline Management Team.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
• Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)
• Interviews may be conducted.

Qualifications

Candidates must have One Year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level (FV-E, FG/GS-7/8) that is typically in or related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform in this position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.Specialized experience is: experience in planning and managing an office’s daily administrative functions; maintaining automated systems to record, reconcile, validate and track data; identifying and resolving discrepancies; performing various analytical studies; interpreting and providing guidance; performing multiple and varying assignments in the areas of budget, personnel, training; travel administration and other office programs.Please ensure you answer all questions and follow all instructions carefully.
