Duties
This position is located under the Office of Field Operations in Billings, Montana.
Qualifications
To qualify for the GS-1805-7 candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-5.
GS-7 You qualify if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-5 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience, performing the following duties:
Compiling data from a database to consolidate into a cohesive report; and
Composing correspondence and recurring reports.
OR
Completion of 1 full year of graduate level education or superior academic achievement. Superior Academic Achievement (S.A.A.). S.A.A. is based on (1) class standing--upper third of the graduating class, (2) grade-point average or (3) membership in a national scholastic honor society.
OR
A combination of graduate level education and experience. This will be calculated using your resume and unofficial transcripts or a list of courses/course hours submitted with your application.
To qualify for the GS-1805-9 candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-7.
GS-9 You qualify if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-7 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience, performing the following duties:
Compiling data from a variety of investigative databases to consolidate into a cohesive report; and
Composing correspondence and recurring reports; and
Coordinating travel arrangements
OR
Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related
OR
A combination of graduate education and experience. This will be calculated using your resume and unofficial transcripts or a list of courses/course hours submitted with your application.
Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume.
