About the Position: This position is located within the 5th Medical Group at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:30PM.

Duties

Serve as the subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs. Communicate program requirements to squadron members. Assist leadership in the management of administrative support functions. Monitor personnel action requests, manpower and training transactions as documentation flows through the squadron. Conduct reviews and briefings on all facets of management functions with recommended courses of action for resolving problems.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes utilizing various office automation software programs and composing administrative correspondence, letters, and/or reports. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05). OR Education: A half year (i.e., 9 semester hours) of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as Business or Healthcare Administration. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 9.
