You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Information Warfare (N2/N6) Warfighting Integration Division( N2/N6I) Information Warfare Manpower and Training Integration (N2/N6IP) of DNI/DDNI OPNAV SUPPORT STAFF. .

Duties
You will You will perform a wide range of complex tasks to develop, analyze, evaluate, advise on, or enhance the effectiveness of organizational manpower and training capabilities, programs and procedures.
You will collect, review, interpret, evaluate, and integrate information from multiple sources to assess the relevance and significance of developments in an assigned portfolio, and generate or revise presentation material for Navy.
You will develop plans, policies, guidelines, procedures, and objectives to resource and maintain viable manpower and training programs of Navy commands under N2N6 cognizance.
You will provide the full range of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) management and services using Program/Budget Information System (PBIS) to assist OPNAV N2N6 carry out its fiscal duties and responsibilities.
Requirements

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.

- This may require travel 25% or less.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Review and apply policies, directives and other issuances/guidance from higher authority relating to assigned programs and ensures completion of all required reports; 2) Develop plans, policies, guidelines, procedures, and objectives to program, implement, and maintain viable enterprise wide service-level manpower and training programs; 3) Provide the full range of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) management, including use of Program Budget Information System (PBIS), to ensure fiscal responsibilities associated with Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development.
