About the Position: This position is with the Public Health Command-Pacific, Public Health Activity-Guam.
Duties
Responsible for questions concerning regulations, policies, practices, and theories as they pertain to various military personnel management programs.
Serve as liaison between soldiers and the installation finance and military personnel directorate for personnel management functions.
Conduct system audits of personal data to ensure accuracy and compliance with required military regulations and polices.
Resolve pay, Basic Allowance for Housing, Basic Allowance for Subsistence and other finance issues.
In-process and out-process Service Members.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations (natural or man-made disaster) the incumbent is required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.
- May have to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes applying Human Resources rules, procedures and processes to perform military personnel management functions including processing military personnel actions and awards. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
