Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! Duties

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:  Prepares and presents creative concepts and marketing strategies in support of Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Quantico special promotions, events, grand openings, and other visual-oriented projects and recurring needs for activities. Effectively communicates information using software programs to include but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Develops and produces a wide variety of advertising media such as videos and photos within established guidelines to be used on the MCCS Quantico website, social media, movie trailers, and TV system as well for decorative and information purposes within all MCCS facilities. Works with a full range of digital images and digital video to produce print advertisements, posters, brochures, menus, signage, electronic marquees, direct mail, video, website, and other promotional items as needed. Uses highly technical printing and production equipment.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Three years graphic design experience in marketing, advertising or in a related field. Ability to prepare layouts, reports, and promotional materials using graphic design and web design computer programs is required. Strong computer skills to include Adobe Creative Suite, to include InDesign and Photoshop and English grammar are required. Must possess excellent customer service skills, ability to deliver presentations and facilitate meetings. Knowledge of photography preferred. The ability to lift and carry objects up to 35 lbs independently and objects over 35 lbs with assistance. Must possess a valid driver’s license. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted for the qualifications above.
