Duties

Performs selected administrative management duties to include ensuring internal controls are in place in public services and/or technical services. Trains others in the performance of library technician duties, plans work and sets priorities to improve production and increase quality. Performs the full range of supervisory duties, including recommending recruitment or reassignment actions, conducts performance appraisals and submits for approval by the manager. Initiates or recommends disciplinary actions; initiates recommendation for awards and pay adjustments, and recommends employee development and training programs, work schedules, etc.

Qualifications
