Duties

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Supervisory Program Analyst, you will use your knowledge of and experience with the Administration for Strategic Preparedness & Response (ASPR) to optimize business results and customer experience by: Managing integrated project teams of contracted and federal resources providing oversight and guidance and ensuring effective scope, schedule, and cost control. Managing change and user expectations via stakeholder engagement at the division levels in support of the program office business operations and/or the program office program operations. Supervising a team of specialists and assisting with leading and facilitating the program's vision, principles, and strategy. Motivating employees to focus on customer service and continuous improvement for the continued growth and improvement of the industrial base expansion. Coordinating assigned systems management improvement initiatives arising from Departmental, Federal, and non-Federal directives.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service performing the following: Formulates policy in concert with innovation and industrial base expansion, overall department policy and provides guidance to the division's management team in determining the impact of legislation, regulations, and HHS policy on programmatic practices and initiatives. Initiates or participates in review and improvement of work methods and the structuring of positions to achieve optimum efficiency. Negotiate and coordinate multiple work efforts, exchange information, participate in negotiation and conflict resolution, and provide expert advice and consultation on critical management activities and strategies. Manage, analyze, and evaluate major administrative and contract aspects of substantive, mission-oriented programs. Documenting experience: IN DESCRIBING YOUR EXPERIENCE, PLEASE BE CLEAR AND SPECIFIC.
