This position is located in Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park, in the Maintenance Division. This is a permanent Career/Career-Conditional Full-time appointment. Duties

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing building heating, electrical, and plumbing systems. In a normal year, Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park receives nearly 1 million visitors annually, placing considerable demand on facilities and maintenance staff. The park maintains a suite of historic buildings in various stages of rehabilitation, some of which are rental properties; modern buildings; several trails including the iconic Chilkoot Trail; a historic town site; a camping area; and some green spaces.
