The position is located within the Center Operations Division and serves as the supervisor of the Security and Ops Section. The mission of the Security & Ops Section, ANG-E371 is to provide employee safety, physical security, emergency management, and ramp operations to ensure that our customers' requirements are effectively completed on schedule.
Duties
Manages an array of facility security, emergency management planning programs, including an operations center for command, control and communications with facility senior management and FAA HQ. Ensures that these programs elements are carried out as promulgated in Executive Orders, Presidential Decision Directives, Code of Federal Regulations, and FAA Program Orders to ensure critical infrastructure and people protection. Management of these programs encompasses a vast collaboration and coordination with various federal, state, and local security, law enforcement, and emergency management organizations inside and outside the facility.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)
- Designated or Random Drug Testing required.
- A one-year supervisor/managerial probationary period may be required.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized Experience includes: Experience leading or managing facility security and emergency management planning efforts for federal/military base, campus like setting or equivalent environment.
