Location of Position: General Services Administration (GSA), Office of the General Counsel (OGC) in Philadelphia, PA.

Duties
This position has job functions that must be executed within a specific geographic location. The official duty station is a federal facility, leased space, or an alternative worksite (typically the employee’s home). Positions include routine telework and remote work arrangements that are geographically specific to: Philadelphia, PA.

The GS-15 salary range starts at $150,235.00 per year.If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.To qualify, you must possess all of the following:
Successful completion of a full course of study in a school of law accredited by the American Bar Association and possession of at least the initial professional law degree (J.D.); and
Be a member of the bar; in good standing of a State, or territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Bar. Proof of licensure is required.
Experience: Applicant must have at least 6 years of experience as a licensed practicing attorney, commensurate with the duties and responsibilities of the position, with at least 4 years of specialized experience and/or familiarity with one or more of the following areas: 1) Real estate, including acquisition, design, construction, renovation and repair of buildings, leasing, transfer and disposal of property, facility management and environmental issues; 2) Government contracts, including transactional matters, bid protests, claims, and acquisition of goods and services; 3) General law matters, including fiscal law, personnel, ethics, Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act; and 4) Litigation, including defending claims and protests.
