Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: The physical demands of the position will be that which is normally required of a housekeeping aid. Some heavy lifting (equipment and materials), movement of furniture required along with the stamina to perform physical labor. Continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending and lifting, physical effort is required in the performance of manual tasks described; such as washing walls above five feet and operating powered equipment over extended periods of time when providing training to employees. Incumbent may work from a ladder. Incumbent may be required to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
