About the Position: This position is located in Falls Church, VA. This is not a remote position. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized.

Duties

Lead Program Manager role for the PMO in maintaining a comprehensive repository of services contracts supporting acquisition planning processes that ensure Service equities are maintained in accordance with DHA governance processes. Research, manipulate, and analyze data related to acquisition of new, complex health initiatives. Conduct business case analysis, market research, spend analysis and detailed benchmarks against other DoD and non-DoD health care systems. Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk reporting for assigned portfolio of acquisition programs. Ensure EEO principles are reflected in all aspects of personnel management. Provide marketing, education, training and consultation services on the use of DHA developed acquisition strategies and programs.

Requirements

  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
  • One-year trial/probationary period may be required.
  • One-year supervisory probationary period may be required. A one-year probationary period is required if the selectee has not previously met this requirement.
  • This is a DOD Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Program Management certification within 60 months as of entrance on duty.
