About the Position: This position is located in the Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, Washington. Tacoma is a diverse city nestled between Seattle and the state capital of Olympia. Duties

Distribute and balance daily workload within limits established by the supervisor among employees in accordance with established workflow and priorities. Responsible for tracking all referrals for specialty care, ancillary services, and durable medical equipment. Perform receptionist/clerical support to include template creation and management for providers. Perform a full range of administrative duties; patient registration, appointment scheduling, record keeping, disposition functions, and miscellaneous clerical duties within the clinic.
