About the position: This position will be assigned to the Eisenhower Golf , Air Force Academy, Colorado. This position does include benefits.

Duties

Responsible for the Club and Cart operation. Supervises club/cart staff. Reviews all upcoming events and prepares Club and Cart schedule accordingly. Responsible for the preparation and execution of all On-The-Job training for Club and Cart. Ensures the cleanliness of the Outside Services room, driving range, cart parking/staging area, parking lots, area around the club house, golf course road apron, putting greens, and practice areas. Ensures the accountability, inspection, issuing, receiving and cleaning of the rental clubs is done correctly. Ensures all golf carts are cleaned, serviced, and supplied with tees/pencils/sand and seed as needed. Responsible for supplying ice and water to and removal of all trash from the course water stations. Ensures the driving range is picked and the ball machine is maintained at an appropriate level. Additionally, ensures the range is moved forward every night and sand and seed are applied as directed by the Superintendent. Assists the Head Professional and the Operations Manager in execution of tournaments, including but not limited to cart set-up, proxy distribution and player assistance. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: As a minimum, applicant must have 2 year experience working in golf operations or the golf industry. Must have experience leading others to accomplish work, follow written and/or oral instructions, and determine proper tools/materials/personnel required to perform specific tasks. Must have experience in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as Outlook email and calendar. Must have the ability to evaluate performance and provide both written and oral feedback. Must have experience in customer service. Must be able to read, write and speak English. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Education

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
