The position will perform a full range of assignments and functions relating to the implementation of administrative, Time and Attendance, Reservist deployment, and other support activities necessary to provide program assistance day-to-day as well as in presidentially declared disasters and emergencies.

Qualifications

All qualifications and eligibility requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement. To qualify for this position at the IC-05 level (starting salary $41,996), you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-04 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following:  Performing clerical duties such as maintaining files, records and reports, and Using administrative computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook; and, Supporting senior leaders with responding to correspondence. OR4-year course of study above high school leading to a bachelor's degreeORCombination of education and experience  To qualify for this position at the IC-06 level (starting salary $46,815), you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-05 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following:  Conducting administrative, clerical, and office functions such as timekeeping, managing agendas, and generating reports, and Providing personnel and administrative support to senior leadership; and, Drafting documents or correspondence using Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
