Duties
You will plan, coordinate, and perform a variety of clerical and administrative assignments.
You will support the Division Assistant and Deputy for Operations in the management of the office by applying working knowledge of the programs within the division and provide solutions to procedural and administrative problems.
You will serve intermittently as an Assistant in the Division Office, when Division Assistant is unavailable and interfaces with government, military, and contractor personnel at all organizational levels of NIWC Pacific.
You will provide support to Deputy for Operations tracking status of internal and external data calls, training, muster, awards, conferences, and personnel actions.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Support the Division Assistant and Deputy for Operations in the management of the office by applying working knowledge of the programs within the division and provide solutions to procedural and administrative problems.
