About the Position: This is a Training Analyst position located at the Combined Arms Center for Training (CAC-T), Training Management Directorate (TMD), Fort Leavenworth, KS.

Duties

As a Training Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Provide technical and procedural support to customers who need assistance utilizing Army training management programs, systems, and products. Responsible for the evaluation of Army training programs based on current and emerging policy, statutory and regulatory guidance, and doctrine.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
• This position has a temporary duty (TDY) travel requirement of 20% of the time.

OR Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree from an accredited college or university. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
