Serve as a Program Support Assistant (OA) by establishing and managing the Primary Care Management Module (PCMM) team and position set up for all primary care and specialty teams. Responsible for training, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all administrative procedures related to PCMM operations such as maintaining the database, perform research, and preparing reports.
Duties
Responsible for establishing and managing PCMM team and position set up for all primary care and specialty teams.
Electronically create or modify team and position setting, assign provider user class based on verified credentials.
Collect, compile, research, and/or track data and program information.
Use software applications to draw information in order to prepare/assist in preparation of reports.
Provide support directly to computer users, such as providing computer training, or troubleshooting computer problems.
Maintain manuals, reference books, and/or software instructions associated with program/system used.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 09/27/2023.
Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
For a GS-07 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-06.
The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade.
Note: Time-In-Grade requirements also apply to former Federal employees applying for reinstatement as well as current employees applying for Veterans Employment Opportunities Act of 1998 (VEOA) appointment.
You may qualify based on your experience as described below:
Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-06 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: providing clerical, technical, and/or customer support; collect, compile, and track data and statistical information; communicating and treating customers in a courteous, tactful and respectful manner while providing consistent information according to established policies and procedures; and using computer programs to prepare documents.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with data collection, Accuracy, and Validation;
Experience working with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Physical Requirements: The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee sits comfortably to do work. However, there may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items, such as papers, books, small parts; or driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
