About the Position: Incumbent will work for US Army Engr and Support Center, Huntsville Installation Support & Programs, Management Directorate, Electronic Technology Division. This announcement may be used to fill multiple vacancies for the agency.

Duties

Prepare responses to requests received concerning programs and activities under the chief's control ensuring suspense’s and time lines are met. Compose correspondence such as administrative matters and general policies. Use Automated Information System, databases, spreadsheets, etc to produce documents. Prepare regular and special records such as time and attendance, leave, files, and classified and unclassified material; maintain office files; and assemble information from files and documents. Control activities and appointment calendar by scheduling appointments, conferences. etc.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Appointment to this position is subject to a two year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements.
