About the Position: Serves as a key advisor and principal member of the Command Group. Provides advice and recommendations to the Brigade Commander on all matters relative to the coordination, integration, and synchronization of staff actions, events, and activities personally affecting and involving the Brigade Commander.

Duties

Receive and screen visitors for the organization. Manage operational schedule of the organization command level. Make travel arrangements for management. Coordinate administrative, technical, and clerical operations in support of the administrative management of the organization. Serve as the alternate timekeeper for the organization.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
  • A qualified typist is required.
  • Required TDY 25% travel. .
  • Required Qualified Typist of at least 40 words per minute.
