About the Position: This position is with United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command, 315 Psychological Company, 14 Psychological Battalion, 7 Psychological Group, located in Upland, California. Duties

Use automated systems for data entry, and compilation for analysis and creation of reports. Process personnel and payroll action Interpret and apply regulations, policies and practices applicable to unit operations and activities. Coordinate use of U. S. Army Reserve (USAR) centers, and arranges for facility maintenance and repairs. Advise new members on the USAR program, obligations, advantages and unit vacancies. Provide personnel and supply technical advice to unit commander and staff. Maintain liaison with higher headquarters assuring compliance with directives. Monitors unit mobilization readiness.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • THIS POSITION REQUIRES ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP AS A SOLDIER IN THE U.S. ARMY RESERVE (USAR)
  • This position requires you to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • This position requires the incumbent to successfully complete the Unit Administrator Basic Course within 18 months of appointment.
  • This position requires the incumbent to successfully complete the Unit Pay Administrator Course within 18 months of appointment.
  • The duties of this position may require the incumbent to work evenings, nights, holidays, and/or weekends to include modification in shifts and/or tour of duty.
