As a Regional Client Delivery Director, you will support the Office of Real Estate Delivery in providing advice and expertise on all program and policy matters concerning NCR's portfolio management, project management and leasing programs to optimize value through effective customer mission support and sound financial management.
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
Duties
Gather, analyze, and share client and GSA business intelligence. As the expert in client intelligence, conduct research to understand the client's mission and business drivers and assess factors which may impact its workplace needs nationwide. Remain informed and current regarding the products, services, and expertise offered by PBS, the Federal Acquisition Service, the Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies and the Office of Government-wide Policy, in order to identify opportunities where GSA expertise can support client business needs. As part of this process: Gather and analyze client information and data (strategic plans, budgets, legislation, structure, stakeholder viewpoints, etc.) to identify client business trends. Collect and analyze information on the client's workplace needs in relation to upcoming lease expirations, continuing and changing operational needs, etc.
Requirements
- US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
- Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
- Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable

The GS-15 salary range starts at $155,700 per year. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is planning, managing and directing real estate programs (such as construction, acquisition, project management, leasing, asset management, facilities, finance, and/or building operations.) This experience must include:
Planning and implementing policies, programs and activities affecting the mission and program elements;
Providing advice and guidance to senior level officials on high level organizational matters of a critical, controversial, and/or confidential nature;
Reviewing programs and processes to determine whether changes in policies, procedures, or organizational structures are efficient and effective;
Collaborating with internal and external management officials at all management levels to obtain agreement with proposed initiatives, policy changes and activities which are designed to improve the quality of program operations and business portfolios.
