Duties

As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as the confidential assistant to the Delta Commander and act as the principal technical advisor for all clerical and administrative support within Delta 1. This position requires independent work and involves providing guidance and advice on timekeeping correspondence, travel arrangements, records management, and meeting updates. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining files of correspondence, directives, instructions, documentation, and other publications related to Delta requirements.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S Citizen.
• Required to handle and safeguard sensitive and/or classified information in accordance with regulations to reduce potential compromise; must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance for the position.
• This position is not eligible for telework or remote.
• PCS/Relocation/Recruiting funding is available.
