About the Position: This position serves as the Facility Manager (FM) and Head Facilities Management Department for the Directorate of Administration (DFA), Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point NC ("NHCCP") and is located in Cherry Point, North Carolina.

Duties

Ensure that projects are designed to meet the latest state-of-the-art criteria and meet operational, financial, and time constraints. Responsible for coordinating and managing projects from conception to completion. Develops the annual, long-range work plans and Maintenance Action Plan (MAP) reflecting projects and recurring annual requirements. Plans and organizes work and manages positions to ensure maximum productivity. Building consultant for operating and staff offices on space management concepts and techniques.
