You will serve as a LIBRARIAN (ELECTRONIC RESOURCES) in the GRAY RESEARCH CENTER of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will be responsible for configuration, maintenance, policies, procedures, and end use of the library’s electronic resources and integration with the library’s software systems.
You will oversee and manages day-to-day operations related to the library’s suite of subscription electronic resources.
You will maintain awareness of trends and technological developments related to library electronic resources.
You will Perform technical duties associated with ensuring that online public catalog and e-resources display properly online and are findable and accessible by clientele.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-11
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing investigating, analyzing, and implementing library automation, information and networking system that affect the availability of information in support of the education and research that involves maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software used in daily operation of the library.
GS-09
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing and analyzing, and implementing library automation, information and networking system that involves maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software used in daily operation of the library.

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education in library science or doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) related to the position

GS-09
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education or master's in library science or equivalent graduate degree, e.g., LL.B. or J.D., related to the position.
