This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as a Health Systems Specialist and Practice Manager for the Family Advocacy Program to enhance care delivery and administrative, processes and to assist the clinical staff with non-critical administrative duties.

Duties

Coordinate administrative support services within Family Advocacy Program administrative support offices. Monitor the budget for designated service line. Monitors and evaluates condition of facilities in assigned area of responsibility. Keep recurring data in applicable databases updated to respond to recurring reports for data.

Requirements

• You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
• Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
• One year trial/probationary period may be required.
• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• A Personnel Security Investigation is required
• A pre-placement medical examination is required.
