Duty Location: Rupert, Idaho
Duties
Applies extensive knowledge to operate and maintain dams, hydroelectric powerplants, and their associated facilities and equipment.
Communicates effectively with management, peers, subordinates, water and power customer representatives, contractors, state and other Federal Agency representatives, and the public.
Supervises a diverse group of craft employees who are responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of hydroelectric power plants.
Plans and schedules routine, corrective, and non-routine maintenance and work activities to safely and reliably provide water and power.
Manages all facility operations and maintenance fieldwork to accomplish program requirements.
