DCSA's Security Training (ST) Directorate is seeking an Training Technician. In this role you will be responsible for administering an extensive portfolio of large-scale projects, strategic communications, and other administrative duties supporting the ST team. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG 06 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility. Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes: Clerical and administrative support functions with familiarity in Microsoft Office; Attention to detail; Prepare schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts; Customer service skills; Communicate effectively with diverse groups both orally and in writing. Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies: 1. Manages Resources Selects, acquires, stores, and distributes resources such as materials, equipment, or money. 2. Manages and Organizes Information Identifies a need; gathers, organizes, and maintains information; determines its importance and accuracy, and communicates it by a variety of methods. 3.
