Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG 10 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility. Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes: Student administration services and research activities as they relate to the education and training mission to ensure appropriate liaison and coordination actions with other organizations pertaining to the education, training, and professional development requirements through students quotas, statistical data, and student applications; External and internal laws, rules, regulations, policies, and precedents which affect DoD education and training programs and related support resources to assure that the registration and academic management system is in compliance with regulations and conforms to established standards and practice; Data base management systems, data manipulation, report design, data retrieval and database architecture relative to the design and maintenance of an academic management and information system; Microsoft Office automation systems to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies: 1.
