Duties
Serves as program manager and/or advisor on the Implementation and evaluation of occupational health programs.
Serves as program manager and/or advisor on the implementation and evaluation of safety and claims programs.
Manages and oversees multiple projects to ensure delivery of quality results, on time, and within budget.
Manages and leads a diverse team in achieving the mission of the organization.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience: For the GS-15, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes experience providing broad direction and oversight to federally implemented health and wellness programs such as a health unit and/or employee assistance program and be familiar with federal safety regulations as outlined by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Supervising, overseeing, and proving guidance and technical direction to staff.
Education: Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer.
