Duties

You will be responsible for capturing and sustaining effective business relationships with Joint Deployable Intelligence Support System (JDISS) key stakeholders. You will be developing plans, schedules and timelines, estimating resource requirements, defining milestones and deliverables, and monitoring day-to-day project activities to stay on track with projected completion dates. You will provide intelligence support to Global Command and Control System Family of Systems and lead projects relating to the program and other information technology systems programs as assigned. You will ensure the interoperability and integration of programs and services and develop solutions to system integration/interoperability issues. You will support Special IT Services Portfolio contract efforts through the performance of Contractor Officer's Representative (COR) functions as assigned.

• This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 802 Advanced Level within 6 months of appointment.
• Generally, current Federal employees applying to APS jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. All qualifications and pay band requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement and documented in your resume.
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: in developing plans, strategies, schedules and timelines, estimating resource requirements, defining milestones and deliverables, and monitoring day-to-day project activities to stay on track with projected completion dates. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
