You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the Acquisition and IT Support Branch (56405) of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will serve as an Administrative Specialist in the Acquisition and IT Support Branch (56405), within the Autonomous Technologies Division, (56400), of the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Department, (56000).
You will manage multiple independent projects to maintain a steady flow of productivity with a strict adherence to deadlines and accuracy.
You will develop and execute Request for Personnel Action (RPA) and troubleshoots arising problems without involvement of leadership or leads.
You will plan, develop, and maintain systems and procedures for personnel management SharePoint automation.
You will maintain liaison with key personnel within the Center to obtain, clarify or disseminate pertinent information.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
NO-02:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band NO-01 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assists in providing Administrative and management support in operational planning and or decisions. Assists with preparation and processing of Recruitment Packages for new hires.
NO-03:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band NO-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assists in providing Administrative and management support in operational planning and or decisions. Assists with preparation and processing of Recruitment Packages for new hires and assists leadership with evaluations and or findings to automate administrative support systems.
NO-04:

4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree

1 full year of graduate level education

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
NO-04:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
