You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Deputy Commander (DEPCDR) for International Programs/International Programs Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will provide support to the operations of the office of the Deputy Commander (DEPCDR) International Programs/International Programs Department.
You will relieve burdensome details relating to diverse and complex projects and programs and as such, reduce the requirement for contact with the other staff on policy matters.
You will provide administrative management and technical support duties in the form of calendar maintenance/scheduling, travel planning and coordination, and office supply management.
You will ensure policy letters developed by subordinate staff elements agree with the DEPCDR/Director/Deputy International Programs direction and higher authority policies and guidance.
You will act as liaison between the DEPCDR/Director/Deputy International Programs and subordinate staff to secure acceptance of or gain cooperation on controversial problems or for purpose of explaining Command policy.
You will coordinate with appropriate staff members to ensure such responses are in compliance with current policy and fully address the EPCDR/Director/Deputy International Programs needs.
You will provide oversight and administrative control over an array of protocol activities to include dissemination of events and executive scheduling.
You will review, analyze, and control all office correspondence.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing a knowledge of management principles, organizational theory and techniques of analysis and evaluation sufficient to identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to problems (organizational structure, staffing, administrative procedures, workload distribution, etc.). I have experience utilizing a knowledge of administrative regulations and operating procedures, along with fact-finding and investigative techniques to gather factual evidence used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Specialized experience includes: 1) Utilizing various Microsoft Office Suite programs at an advanced level (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.); 2) Applying outstanding time-management and organizational skills to manage and prioritize a wide workload; 3) Assisting with administrative management and technical support duties in the form of calendar maintenance/scheduling, travel planning and coordination, and office supply management; and 4) Applying a knowledge of pertinent laws, policies, and precedents, major issues, program goals, and work processes to support management's organizational goals.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree that is directly related to the position being filled.
OR
Successfully completed two full years of progressively higher graduate level education leading to a master's degree that is directly related to the position being filled.
OR
Obtained an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled.
