You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INDUSTRIAL SPECIALIST in the Trades Division, Marine Depot Maintenance Command of MCLC ALBANY GA.
Duties
You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
You will evaluate performance of subordinate supervisors or leaders, serves as reviewing official on evaluation of nonsupervisory
employees, and delegates or exercises leave authority.
You will direct, coordinate, or oversee the work of supervisors, team leaders, group coordinators, committee chairs, and/or contractors.
You will provide technical support for the acquisition or production that is related to the remanufacturing, rebuild, repair, or modification of highly complex equipment for industrial, scientific, or strategic use.

- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- You may be required to be recalled to duty.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing technical and administrative direction (e.g., work assignments, work review, leave approval, performance standards and ratings) to trades workers in diverse industrial settings; developing timely and economical solutions to organizational/operational problems; evaluating the effectiveness of new techniques and procedures on industrial operations to ensure compatibility with organization objectives
