Duties

Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery. Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instructions, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes. etc. Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.

Qualifications

Work experience which involved dealing with the general public and customer service. Experience keeping work area and equipment clean. NOTE: (experience must be reflected in the resume with applicable date(s) of employment and description of demonstrated work experience. Unverifiable response may affect overall rating).
