The incumbent of this position will work a flextime work schedule.
This is a supervisory, non-bargaining unit position.
Relocation expenses will not be authorized for the person(s) selected under this vacancy announcement.
Duties
This position is located in Integrated Support Services (lSS), Customer Experience Operations Division (CEOD) and reports directly to the Director of ISS. The incumbent of this position serves as the Business Program Manager of several operating programs and technical expert advisor to the Director of ISS. The incumbent is primarily responsible for providing oversight for the Library's Administrative Copier, Mail and Freight Management Services, and Printing Management programs. Responsibilities for these programs result in integrated direction and management of programs to include quality and production, supply chain, risk management, financial and business systems and their interrelationship to program performance. The incumbent is also responsible for developing program strategies, outreach activities, leading special p projects, conducting analytical and evaluative studies, and providing advice and guidance on other business and technical issues as appropriate. The incumbent supervises a group of employees and contract personnel who perform work in support of program goals and objectives.
