This position is located at the Pentagon Athletic Center in Arlington, VA. Please note: This position could cover shift between all three locations as needed. Locations are Pentagon Athletic Center in Arlington, VA, Taylor-Polk in Arlington, VA, and the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. Duties

Performs a variety of recordkeeping, reporting, and informational duties in support of the Logistics Services Branch. Maintains Registry?s property books. Functions as back-up courier and mail clerk and assists in the processing of bulk mail. Conducts monthly inventory checks; conducts annual inventories. Functions as supervisor in the absence of the head of the branch. Overviews the forms management program using standard army software applications and packages. Oversees and assists in the recording and destruction of returned POV license plates. Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Must be available between the hours of 0430-2030 Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Tuesday, and Thursday 0430-2100 and 0730-1400 Saturday/Sunday.

Qualifications

Standard Qualifications: One (1) year of progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled. Have basic computer literacy.
