This National Guard position is for a UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Position Description Number T57416000 and is part of the 224 ADG, National Guard.

Duties
As a Unit Program Coordinator, GS-0303-07, you will serve as the primary point of contact to the squadron commander/director for administrative support programs to include but not limited to task management, cybersecurity liaison (CL), Government Travel Card (GTC) program, Defense Travel System (DTS) administrator, drug demand reduction program, health care program, fitness program, Government Purchase Card (GPC) program, safety program, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts, security program, supply program, civilian timecard program and unit recognition program. Also serves as liaison with personnel flights on personnel issues and assists in oversight of organization manpower resource requirements.
Requirements

- Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance level of the position within 1 year of appointment.
- Irregular and/or overtime (compensatory) hours may be required to support operational requirements or contingencies or may be required to work hours outside of the normal duty day.
- Incumbent may be required to work other than normal duty hours to include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Overtime may be required.
Qualifications
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Administrative or clerical experience, education, or training which demonstrates the candidate's ability to perform the duties of the position. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 12 months experience in the interpretation and application of regulations, procedures or laws. Experience that provided a working knowledge of administrative functions. Experience demonstrating the ability to advise lower graded employees. Experience working independently and setting priorities with very little supervisory control.
