You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in NIPO FMS FIELD OFFICE.
Duties
You will serve as a technical authority and advisor to senior level personnel in the Division and Directorate regarding the management of assigned long and short-term program.
You will be responsible for the review of a variety of Navy International Programs Office (IPO) standard and non-standard Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases and programs.
You will manage the processing and review of Navy Enterprise Security Cooperation Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases to ensure compliance with foreign customer requests and policies procedures/regulations.
You will promulgate Department of the Navy (DoN) and Navy IPO policies and procedures and develop detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation and program administration.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) requires a Program Management, Practitioner acquisition certification. The incumbent has 60 months to earn this certification.
- Incumbent must obtain and maintain certification in accordance with DoD Instruction 5000.66.
- Acquisition Workforce (AWF) members must complete 80 hours of Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) every two (2) years, in accordance with DoDI 5000.66.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing, analyzing or reviewing Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) for security cooperation programs (e.g. Foreign Military Sales [FMS]).
