This position is located at in Destin Army Recreation Area is a gated resort in the heart of Old Destin, near the Harbor Walk Village, just 220 miles south of Fort Moore, between Pensacola and Panama City. Duties

Responsible for the maintenance, repair and condition of the MWR/Lodging facilities. Directs and supervises a small to medium size staff of employees in all phases of building/grounds maintenance. Screens work orders to determine whether or not work will be accomplished by assigned workforce or other activities. Inspects work during and upon completion. Maintains and reports status of work to management. Participates in feasibility studies for minor and or major construction. Develops preventive maintenance programs. Participates in budgeting for a maintenance program.
