Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! Duties

Incumbent is assigned to one or more specialized facilities such as the following:  Campsites/Cottages, Catered Events, Hospitality. Golf Course, Shooting Range, Bowling, Stables and Paintball.

Qualifications

Minimum one year experience in a related recreational activity.  Skill to demonstrate activities and use of related facility equipment.  Skill to learn applicable MCCS policies and procedures.  Ability to plan, organize and coordinate functions to provide the best in quality service to patrons, with a personal dedication to complete customer satisfaction.  Ability to carry out responsibilities in an independent manner, working under pressure with limited supervision.   Ability to prepare reports and complete simple contractual arrangements.  Skill to deal courteously and effectively with customers, employees and management.  Point of sale, database management and computer skills required. Have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
