About the Position: Position is located at US Army Installation Management Command, US Army Garrison, White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. Responsible for managing the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints processing program at IMCOM Garrison. This position is a term position and may be extended up to a maximum of six years.

Duties

Review, analyze, and evaluate EEO program initiatives and activities to identify barriers. Plan, prepare, develop, implement, and monitor the Management Directive 715 Report. Manage and administer the EEO informal and formal complaint process in accordance with current guidelines. Work closely with Equal Employment Opportunity Complaints (EEOC) Administrative Judges, IRD investigators and Labor Counselors.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance for the duration of employment.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
